Among our product portfolio, the Cyclone Aerator—also commonly referred to as a Vortex Aerator or Swirl Aerator—is one of our core high-efficiency products. Developed through continuous innovation based on traditional aeration structures, it integrates multiple advanced design concepts and offers key advantages such as a large service area, low operating resistance, stable performance, strong anti-clogging capability, and long service life.
Driven by long-term user feedback and field experience, we have further optimized this product line and now offer versions incorporating stainless steel components as well as fully stainless steel customized models. Our Jet Aerators are designed based on fluid dynamics principles. By generating high-velocity liquid jets, they achieve efficient gas–liquid mixing and intense shear, forming fine bubble jet streams. This design delivers high oxygen transfer efficiency combined with strong hydraulic mixing, effectively addressing clogging issues commonly associated with conventional aeration systems. Jet aerators represent the ongoing evolution of aeration technology toward higher efficiency, energy savings, and operational reliability.
The Fine Bubble Aerator series is available in both disc-type and plate-type configurations, manufactured from high-quality materials with stable supply capacity. Our Tube Diffusers are offered in single-tube, double-tube, and multi-tube designs, providing excellent aeration performance with consistent and dependable quality.
